1. About us
This website is operated by Zonix Prime Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17307024, with its registered office at Office 19666, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@zonixprimeltd.co.uk.
2. Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or copying our content for commercial use without our written permission. We try to keep the site available at all times but we may suspend or withdraw it for maintenance or business reasons.
3. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe our clothing and accessories accurately, including materials and fit. Product photographs are for illustration; the colour you see may vary slightly depending on your screen. Where a garment is described as being from a particular fabric composition, that composition is shown on the product page and on the garment label.
4. How the contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy from us. After you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is out of stock or because of a pricing error, we will contact you and refund any sum you have paid for that item in full.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Visa and Mastercard.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Estimated dispatch and delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Your right to cancel and return
If you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day returns window on unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Full details of how to return an item are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
8. Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us at info@zonixprimeltd.co.uk within a reasonable time and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, product photography, layout and the Zonix Prime name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Zonix Prime Ltd and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce it without our permission.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, carrier disruption or industrial action. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and you may cancel affected orders for a full refund.
12. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please email info@zonixprimeltd.co.uk and we will acknowledge it within two working days and aim to resolve it within ten working days.
